Job title: Renewals Specialist Role Summary: Managers high‑volume transactional renewals for a portfolio of smaller education accounts, ensuring timely, accurate renewals and a consistent customer experience through tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight. Expectations: - Process and close all renewal quotes on or ahead of schedule. - Maintain real‑time accuracy of Salesforce data and renewal status. - Meet or exceed SLA targets for quote creation and renewal completion. - Demonstrate precise time‑management, organization, and attention to detail in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and follow‑up on renewal quotes using Salesforce, closing them ahead of the renewal deadline. - Manage inbound and outbound communications via email, Gainsight workflows, and shared inboxes. - Provide non‑sales support to customers on renewal queries over phone, email, or video and route escalations appropriately. - Keep Salesforce hygiene: update records, renewal stages, close dates, and customer activity in real time. - Own SLA metrics for quote delivery and on‑time renewals. - Identify and route exceptions that require Sales, Success, or Management intervention. - Comply with SOPs for quoting, pricing, discounting, approvals, and responses. - Monitor and report on high-volume renewal performance metrics. Required Skills: - ≥1 year experience in customer renewals, billing, or revenue operations. - Strong written and verbal communication across email, phone, and video. - Proven accuracy in handling revenue data (quotes, pricing, ARR, discounts). - Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, Gmail, and revenue‑related productivity tools. - Ability to manage high‑volume tasks with precision and consistency. - Problem‑solving judgment for escalation decisions. - Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of independent remote work. - Sense of ownership and accountability toward revenue goals.
