Job Description
Job title: Junior IT Support Specialist Role Summary: Provide first‑line technical support for end users, manage device provisioning and deprovisioning, configure and secure Windows laptops, administer Google Workspace, Entra ID, and Intune, maintain core network and VoIP infrastructure, and document procedures. Expectations: * Deliver timely, customer‑centric support with high accountability. * Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and secure asset lifecycle management. * Apply security baselines (encryption, antivirus, MFA, SSO) consistently. * Work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities: * Execute onboarding/offboarding checklists for Google Workspace, Entra ID, and other systems. * Set up, configure, and secure laptops and devices (Intune, Bitdefender, MFA, SSO). * Deploy Windows devices, enforce security baselines, and keep asset inventory up‑to‑date. * Provide first‑line support for device, connectivity, application, and account incidents via ticketing tools, Slack, email, or in‑person. * Escalate complex issues and assist in diagnosing root causes. * Monitor and maintain WiFi (Ubiquiti), LAN, firewalls, VPN, and VoIP (3CX) with routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates. * Create and update IT documentation in Notion (procedures, guides, onboarding/offboarding workflows). * Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes.
