Job Description

**Job Title:** Information Systems and Organization Consultant **Role Summary** Support clients in designing and implementing IT strategies, leading digital transformation projects, and managing organizational change. Provide expert guidance on technology solutions, process optimization, and stakeholder alignment. Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable IT frameworks and drive operational efficiency. **Expectations** Minimum 5 years of experience in IT consulting or related roles. Demonstrated success in project management, change management, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Requires mobility to travel for client engagements. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and lead IT strategic plans, aligning technology solutions with client objectives. - Direct end-to-end transformation projects (software implementation, process reengineering) as project leader or AMOA. - Facilitate organizational change through workshops, performance metrics, and stakeholder engagement. - Contribute to team growth by sharing expertise, developing new service offerings, and participating in internal initiatives. - Support pre-sales activities, including bid responses, client workshops, and commercial proposal development. **Required Skills** - Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field. - Advanced proficiency in IT project management, stakeholder coordination, and collaborative tools (M365, web conferencing). - Strong communication for client interaction, requirement analysis, and clear documentation. - Ability to analyze complex systems, identify improvement opportunities, and propose actionable strategies. - Pragmatic problem-solving, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and proactive decision-making. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s or equivalent in engineering, business, or technology. No specific certifications listed; relevant project management credentials may be advantageous.
