**Job Title** Cyber Security Consultant – ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor **Role Summary** Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of ISO 27001:2022 audits for organizations, primarily within managed security services. Provide risk‑based guidance, develop and mature Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), and advise clients on governance, compliance, and security best practices. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality ISO 27001:2022 audit engagements independently. - Translate audit findings into actionable remediation plans. - Build and maintain client relationships, tailoring solutions to regulatory and operational contexts. - Stay current with ISO updates, audit methodologies, and cyber threat trends. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop audit programmes, schedules, and documentation aligned with ISO 27001:2022 and Annex A controls. - Conduct on‑site assessments, interview stakeholders, and analyze evidence to assess compliance levels. - Compile audit reports, highlight non‑conformities, and co‑author remediation roadmaps. - Design, implement, and continuously improve ISMS for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Provide expert risk‑management, governance, and compliance counsel to senior management and stakeholders. - Mentor junior staff and share knowledge on ISO 27001 lifecycle and audit best practices. - Monitor emerging cyber risks and adjust audit scopes or recommendations accordingly. **Required Skills** - Proven ISO 27001:2022 audit lead experience (minimum 3–5 years). - Familiarity with MSP/MSSP environments and security service delivery models. - Strong understanding of risk‑based assessments, governance frameworks, and control implementation. - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation abilities. - Effective oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting to executives. - Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business, or related field. - ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification (mandatory). - CISSP or equivalent (preferred). ---
