Works within Agile Scrum teams, collaborating with Product Owners, clients, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver clean, scalable microservices and modern front‑end components. **Expectations** - Deliver production‑grade code in accordance with CI/CD pipelines and quality standards. - Provide technical leadership and decision‑making support to the team. - Continuously refactor and optimize existing solutions for performance and maintainability. - Engage with internal and external clients in both French and English, understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. - Champion best practices, Clean Code, and design patterns while encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop new modules and features using Java 17‑21, Spring Boot, and Typescript. - Design, implement, and maintain PostgreSQL databases and microservices architecture on Kubernetes/Docker. - Build and maintain CI/CD/CT pipelines and automated testing suites. - Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) and prioritize tasks accordingly. - Write and review code, conduct unit and integration testing, and perform performance tuning. - Mentor junior developers and promote adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines. - Collaborate with front‑end teams (Angular/React) and message‑broker components (Kafka) when required. - Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex production issues. **Required Skills** - 7–8+ years of professional Java development experience. - Deep expertise in Java 17‑21, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and microservices. - Strong command of CI/CD concepts, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Proficiency in Typescript and at least one modern front‑end framework (Angular or React). - Experience with message brokers (Kafka) is a plus. - Solid knowledge of Clean Code principles, design patterns, and performance optimization. - Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. - Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (Engineering school or university) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Professional certifications in Java or related technologies are desirable but not mandatory.
