Job Title: Head of Information Security Role Summary: Lead the organization’s information security strategy, overseeing risk management across the corporate and cloud estate. Drive security policy, audit readiness, tool selection, and secure engineering advocacy in partnership with engineering, infrastructure, and customer-facing teams. Expectations: Maintain and improve the firm’s security posture; respond to customer security questionnaires and audit follow‑ups; oversee ISO27001 and SOC 2 Type II audits; research and implement technical security tools; coordinate pentests and third‑party risk assessments; develop and enforce InfoSec frameworks, policies, and awareness programs; monitor SIEM and deliver actionable alerts.
