Job Description
**Job Title:** Digital Delivery Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the delivery of digital products and services that enhance engagement with customers and colleagues for a large not‑for‑profit organization. Manage a vendor team (~50 staff) and a small internal team, operating in a hybrid environment (3 days remote). **Expectations:** - Provide clear structure and planning in ambiguous environments. - Drive multiple technology‑led change projects and programmes. - Maintain strong senior stakeholder relationships and manage diverse needs. - Ensure successful delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of digital initiatives, aligning with organizational objectives. - Manage and improve relationships with external vendors, including inherited contracts. - Lead, mentor, and assess performance of internal team members. - Apply Agile and DevOps practices to streamline delivery and automation. - Coordinate with senior stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize work, and report progress. - Monitor project health, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with governance standards. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience as a Digital Delivery Manager. - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps/DevOps tools. - Demonstrated vendor management and improvement of vendor relationships. - Experience in line management or team leadership. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Leadership, collaboration, delivery, and time‑management competencies. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business) or equivalent professional experience. - Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, AgilePM) and/or DevOps certifications preferred but not mandatory.
