**Job title:** Digital Analytics and CRO Consultant
**Role Summary:**
Drive data‑driven optimization of web and mobile experiences for large B2E clients. Leverage analytics platforms, tagging frameworks, and experimentation tools to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and recommend measurable improvements that enhance customer journey and business performance.
**Expectations:**
- Design, execute, and analyze AB/multivariate tests to increase conversion and engagement.
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with UX, product, design, and engineering teams to embed measurement and optimization into the product lifecycle.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, documentation, and reproducibility.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Implement and troubleshoot web/app tagging using Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or Tealium.
2. Conduct advanced analysis with Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, etc.
3. Query and transform raw event data in BigQuery, Azure, or Databricks using SQL.
4. Build automated dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI or similar to enable self‑service reporting.
5. Define experimentation roadmaps, set up hypotheses, run experiments with Optimizely, Adobe Target, AB Tasty, or VWO, and integrate results with analytics platforms.
6. Educate and coach teams on CRO best practices and measurement fundamentals.
7. Communicate findings to technical and business audiences in English, Dutch, and ideally French.
**Required Skills:**
- Web/App tagging & debugging (Chrome console, GTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium).
- Analytics expertise (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare).
- SQL data manipulation (BigQuery, Azure, Databricks).
- Data visualization (Looker Studio, Power BI).
- Experimentation design & analysis (Optimizely, Adobe Target, AB Tasty, VWO).
- UX principles and CRO methodology.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; fluent Dutch, French a plus.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, GTM, Optimizely, etc.) are highly desirable.
