**Job Title:** Senior Solutions Architect – Cybersecurity
**Role Summary:**
Lead the end‑to‑end design, selling, and delivery of cybersecurity solutions for high‑value clients. Act as a trusted advisor to sales and technical teams, creating compelling architectures, documentation, and business cases that enable customers to achieve secure, business‑driven outcomes.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity architecture, solution selling, or related consultative roles.
- Demonstrated success in closing high‑value accounts and expanding existing engagements.
- Ability to speak with authority on security trends, managed services, and emerging technologies.
- Strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams (sales, professional services, partners) and willingness to mentor junior staff.
- Valid security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent) are required; additional vendor‑specific certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, etc.) are a plus.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Opportunity Qualification & Design** – Collaborate with sales and business development to assess customer needs, define solution scope, and develop high‑level architecture that aligns with business goals.
2. **Documentation & Proposal Development** – Produce accurate RFP responses, TCO models, business cases, HLDs, SOEs, and statements of work.
3. **Upsell & Expansion** – Identify and articulate opportunities to broaden solution footprints, coordinating resources with internal teams.
4. **Handover & Escalation** – Facilitate smooth transition to delivery, serving as escalation point throughout project life cycle.
5. **Thought Leadership & Evangelism** – Champion organizational capabilities, contribute to go‑to‑market messaging, and present subject‑matter expertise to customers and partners.
6. **Collaboration & Standards** – Build relationships with sales, professional services, and partner communities; enforce architecture standards and best practices.
7. **Solution Development** – Support creation of repeatable, packaged offerings and boilerplate content to improve profitability and reduce risk.
8. **Partner & Customer Engagement** – Maintain active relationships with key partners; act as trusted advisor for key clients, ensuring retention and deepened engagements.
9. **Sales Enablement & Branding** – Provide technical guidance to sellers, market solutions, and represent the team externally via social media and professional channels.
**Required Skills:**
- Expertise in cybersecurity domains (identity & access management, threat detection, data protection, cloud security, etc.).
- Strong solution‑selling acumen, including proposal writing and negotiation.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), documentation tools, and design platforms.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Team‑orientation with proven mentorship abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Current cybersecurity certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, or comparable; vendor‑specific certifications (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, etc.) are advantageous.
- Willingness to pursue additional certifications as required by evolving industry standards.
