Job Description: Job Title: Project Manager Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end delivery of custom test and measurement solutions for hardware and software projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance while acting as the primary liaison between clients, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders. Expectations: - Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. - Maintain consistent client satisfaction and professional representation. - Adapt quickly to evolving project scopes and stakeholder requirements. - Demonstrate independent initiative in controlling change management and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities: - Define, document, and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk strategy. - Coordinate cross‑functional, multi‑site teams (engineering, QA, production, procurement). - Lead project kick‑offs and conduct regular status reviews to keep stakeholders aligned. - Monitor and report on project progress, including schedule adherence, cost variance, and quality metrics. - Serve as the primary contact for all internal and external communications. - Guide change management processes and influence project success through proactive problem solving. - Maintain robust documentation, close‑out records, and post‑project reviews. Required Skills: - Minimum 5 years of technical project management experience (hardware & software). - Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary, multi‑site teams. - Strong communicator, structured thinker, solution oriented. - Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project). - Practical mindset that remains focused under pressure. - Fluent in Dutch and English. - Willingness to travel 10–15 % of the time. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree in engineering or related field. - Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
