Job Description
Job title: Business Analyst Role Summary: Lead functional analysis and solution delivery for transport‑focused applications within a digitizing organization. Translate business needs into detailed specifications, manage end‑to‑end product lifecycle, and enable user adoption through training and documentation. Expectations: - Bridge business and technology for the ECSelsior programme. - Enhance process quality and efficiency across application landscape. - Coordinate with suppliers, IT analysts, and business units to align solutions with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Elicit, document, and validate functional requirements and translate into specifications. - Design and execute test cases; lead user acceptance testing and post‑go‑live support transition to Service Desk. - Produce user documentation and training materials; conduct key‑user training sessions. - Monitor project planning, budget, and quality metrics. - Identify and implement process improvements for application use and service delivery. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and process‑optimisation mindset. - Experience in business analysis, ERP or TMS implementation preferred. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to work independently, adapt to unstructured environments, and remain composed under pressure. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree or equivalent experience. - Additional certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are advantageous. - Knowledge of transport or logistics domain preferred.
