**Job Title:** Senior Marketing Technology & Operations Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead a high‑performing marketing automation team, owning the strategy, architecture, and execution of a HubSpot‑centric demand generation and ABM technology stack. Drive operational excellence, data‑driven insights, and vendor management while partnering with marketing and sales leadership to scale customer acquisition and pipeline.
**Expectations:**
- Build and scale an efficient marketing engine that delivers measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Serve as the in‑house HubSpot expert, championing best practices across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Maintain a data‑first culture through robust reporting, compliance, and governance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage, mentor, and grow the marketing automation team.
- Design and execute multi‑channel campaign automation (email, webinars, nurturing loops).
- Own the HubSpot ecosystem: architecture, configuration, integration with intent data, ABM platform, Salesforce sync, and data enrichment services.
- Develop and enforce marketing operations policies, governance, and documentation.
- Create KPI dashboards, generate insights, and recommend optimisations to stakeholders.
- Act as vendor liaison, negotiating contracts and managing budgets for marketing technology platforms.
**Required Skills:**
- Expert knowledge of HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Proven experience with demand generation, ABM, lead scoring, and routing.
- Strong understanding of B2B/SaaS sales cycles and CRM integration (Salesforce preferred).
- Data analytics ability with KPI definition, dashboard creation, and actionable insight delivery.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and cross‑functional communication.
- Vendor management and budget oversight.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years in marketing operations/technology roles, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity within B2B/SaaS.
