Job Title: SAP Business Development Manager Role Summary: Drives sales of SAP services and cloud solutions to enterprise clients in UK/EMEA, managing full sales cycle and strategic client relationships to meet revenue targets. Expactations: Deliver revenue targets, develop sales pipelines, and craft tailored SAP/cloud solutions propositions for enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and nurture high-value prospects to grow sales pipelines in large enterprises. - Execute full sales cycle, including proposal development, negotiation, and closure of enterprise contracts (£1M+). - Build strategic relationships with CIOs, CFOs, and senior IT leaders to secure long-term partnerships. - Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs. - Monitor SAP market trends, cloud innovations, and competitor solutions to inform client strategies. - Maintain accurate CRM reporting for pipeline, forecasts, and deal tracking. Required Skills: - 10+ years’ IT sales experience, specializing in SAP services (S/4HANA, RISE with SAP) and enterprise cloud solutions. - Proven track record in closing large, complex SAP deals (>£1M total contract value). - Expertise in SAP systems (S/4HANA, BTP, RISE with SAP) and hybrid/multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Knowledge of enterprise IT outsourcing, project services, and managed service models. - Experience in strategic selling to C-level stakeholders and articulating SAP/cloud value propositions. - Strong financial negotiation skills and CRM proficiency (Salesforce).
