**Job Title:** SecOps Engineer **Role Summary:** Monitor and investigate security threats, fraud, and incidents across platforms, conduct incident response, and enhance detection frameworks to reduce risk. **Expectations:** Candidate must have hands-on Security Operations/SOC experience, strong analytical capabilities, and familiarity with threat intelligence tools. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor security tools, fraud platforms, and threat intel for anomalies. - Investigate account compromise, fraud, and security incidents with triage and root-cause analysis. - Track external threats (e.g., leaked credentials, dark web activity). - Coordinate incident response with cross-functional teams (fraud, engineering). - Optimize detection rules, alerting logic, and investigation playbooks. - Document incidents and insights to strengthen SecOps processes. - Analyze trends to proactively mitigate fraud and security risks. **Required Skills:** - SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, etc.), alerting workflows, and incident response frameworks. - Threat intelligence platforms (e.g., Recorded Future, CrowdStrike). - Dark web monitoring tools (e.g., Intel 471, Recorded Future). - Strong analytical, investigative, and prioritization skills under pressure. - Cross-functional collaboration and clear communication for technical and business stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related field. - Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or equivalent in security operations or incident response.
