Full Stack Developer, Digital Transformation Team
Role Summary
Deliver end‑to‑end digital solutions by designing, developing, and deploying cloud‑based applications that digitise business processes. Work cross‑functionally with Document AI, Strategic System Integration, and business stakeholders to translate user insights into scalable, user‑centric products on AWS.
Expectations
- 5+ years of experience in full‑stack development and digital transformation.
- Proven track record of redesigning and digitising business processes into web and mobile products.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS services such as Step Functions, Lambda, etc.) and microservices design.
- Ability to translate design prototypes (wireframes, mockups) into functional code and detailed specifications.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage expectations and collaborate effectively with global, cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct current‑state assessments through interviews, process observations, and surveys to identify digitisation opportunities.
- Develop user stories, customer journeys, and prototype solutions, presenting rationale to senior stakeholders.
- Analyze business cases to estimate value realization from digitisation initiatives.
- Architect scalable, cloud‑native solutions using AWS, Node.js, Java Spring Boot, Angular/ReactJS, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with the Cloud Platform team to implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Monitor product performance, manage maintenance requests, and evaluate KPIs/metrics to assess design success.
- Plan and deliver end‑user training on new digital products.
- Enforce product design guidelines to support consistent, user‑centric experiences across platforms.
Required Skills
- Full‑stack development: Angular/ReactJS, Node.js, Java Spring Boot.
- AWS architecture: Lambda, Step Functions, other core services.
- Microservices design and API development.
- Cloud CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, or equivalent.
- Design hand‑off: create detailed documentation, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Analytical: process assessment, business case modeling, KPI tracking.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Preferred: AWS Certified Developer – Associate or equivalent cloud certification; Agile / Scrum credentials beneficial.
