Job Description

Job Title: D365 F&O Business Analyst Role Summary: Freelance business analyst for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, delivering end‑to‑end solution design, driving process improvement, and translating business needs into functional specifications. Expectations: - 50 % on‑site presence – long‑term assignment - Bilingual in French and Dutch (mandatory) with strong English skills Key Responsibilities: - Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements - Translate requirements into detailed functional specs for D365 F&O - Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors - Participate in implementation, optimization, and post‑go‑live support - Map and improve business workflows and processes - Support test planning, user acceptance testing, and training activities Required Skills: - In‑depth knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations (Finance, Supply Chain, and Optimization modules) - Proven experience in requirement gathering and functional specification development - Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities - Fluency in French and Dutch; proficiency in English - Analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills - Familiarity with modern project tooling and process ownership practices Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field - Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (preferred)
