Job Description
Job Title: Account Executive – UK Remote Role Summary: Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle for the UK market, driving revenue growth through strategic account planning, outbound prospecting, and cross‑sell/up‑sell initiatives. Expactations: Deliver quarterly revenue targets, maintain high pipeline velocity, and exceed quota in a fast‑growth environment while building C‑level relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic account plans to hit revenue goals. • Conduct outbound prospecting and manage the full sales cycle. • Identify and pursue upsell/cross‑sell opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and retention. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to tailor solutions. • Provide market, competitor, and customer insights for European expansion. • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in the CRM. • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities. Required Skills: • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with proven quota‑exceeding record. • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills. • Proactive, results‑driven, with business acumen and problem‑solving ability. • Experience managing the entire sales cycle and working autonomously in a dynamic market. • Fluency in English; additional fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus. • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. (Optional) • Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Inside Sales Professional) desirable.
