**Job Title:** Senior Security Engineer **Role Summary**: Oversee end-to-end security architecture for a cloud-native SaaS platform, ensuring robust application, infrastructure, and data protection. Drive security integration into development workflows and compliance frameworks. **Expectations**: Proven expertise in securing multi-tenant environments, hands-on technical execution, and collaboration to embed security in engineering practices. **Key Responsibilities**: - Design and evolve security architecture aligned with SaaS platform requirements. - Implement and enhance authentication, authorization, and access controls. - Address application vulnerabilities and secure AWS infrastructure (IAM, EC2, KMS, etc.). - Collaborate with engineers to enforce secure coding practices in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs. - Manage Kubernetes/container security, secrets management, and CI/CD pipeline integration (GitHub Actions, Terraform). - Improve monitoring/alerting systems for incident readiness and compliance alignment. **Required Skills**: - **Security Engineering**: 7+ years experience, cloud-native SaaS security, threat modeling. - **Infrastructure**: Strong AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, KMS), Kubernetes, container security. - **Development**: Java (Spring Boot) familiarity, REST API security, CI/CD pipeline integration. - **Tools**: AWS Cognito, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Docker, monitoring/alerting solutions. - **Soft Skills**: Analytical problem-solving, communication complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications**: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
