Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Implementation Engineer – Team Lead (Health Data Exchange) **Role Summary:** Lead a team of Integration Engineers to deliver high‑quality Health Data Exchange (HDE) onboarding projects. Manage complex, high‑priority hospital integrations, mentor staff, and ensure seamless end‑to‑end implementation and excellent customer experience. **Expectations:** - Directly oversee technical implementation of HDE integrations. - Provide daily coaching, workload balancing and capacity planning for the team. - Act as the escalation point for customers and cross‑functional stakeholders. - Drive continuous improvement of onboarding processes and technical standards. **Key Responsibilities:** *Team Leadership & Development* - Coach and mentor Integration Engineers. - Guide project prioritization, technical challenges, and documentation standards. - Manage load distribution and team capacity. - Foster a culture of organization, communication, and high performance. *Project & Technical Execution* - Oversee complex/high‑priority hospital integrations to the HDE platform. - Ensure consistent execution of technical build, testing, configuration, and troubleshooting (HL7, HDE platform). - Support multiple simultaneous implementations and recurring client status meetings. *Customer & Cross‑Functional Collaboration* - Serve as the primary escalation contact for onboarding customers. - Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align scope, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. - Maintain documented project decisions across Salesforce, TaskRay, Outlook, SharePoint, and other systems. *Operational Excellence* - Monitor throughput, risks, and bottlenecks; implement process improvements. - Maintain high‑quality documentation for all integrations and interactions. - Contribute to refining onboarding methodologies and technical standards for HDE integrations. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience managing technical integration projects in healthcare or health data interoperability. - Deep knowledge of HL7, health data exchange workflows, interoperability systems, and integration methodologies. - Demonstrated people‑leading ability with hands‑on technical contribution. - Exceptional organizational, communication, and client‑facing skills. - Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint). - Experience with project coordination and documentation in Salesforce, TaskRay, or similar. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., HL7, Certified Integration Specialist) are preferred but not mandatory.
