**Job Title**
Digital Transformation Consultant
**Role Summary**
Provide end‑to‑end consulting on digital transformation across multiple practice areas (Value Office, IT & Cloud Strategy, Data & AI Strategy, CFO Advisory, Cyber Advisory). Work with clients in finance, energy, transport, industry, and public sector to analyse current state, design solutions, manage projects, and drive change implementation.

- Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrate professional growth and proactive contribution to the consulting practice.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct enterprise‑wide assessments, workshops, interviews, and data collection.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Design and propose tailored digital transformation solutions (architecture, cloud, data, AI, finance, cyber).
- Lead project execution: coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage risks, ensure adherence to cost, quality, and schedule.
- Facilitate change management: develop deployment strategy, support tool/process adoption, coordinate communication, and deliver user training.
**Required Skills**
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management and stakeholder engagement proficiency.
- Familiarity with digital transformation frameworks (enterprise architecture, cloud, data governance, AI strategy, change management).
- Ability to work autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams.
- English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized engineering, business, or university program with a specialization in Information Systems.
- Minimum 1 year of consulting experience (preferably in digital transformation).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Cloud, Data Analytics, or Cybersecurity) are a plus but not mandatory.
