**Job title:** IT Project Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead and deliver multiple complex IT projects—including software implementations, upgrades, M&A onboarding, and infrastructure rollouts—while managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholder expectations in a fast‑moving environment.
**Expectations:**
- Successfully manage 3–5 concurrent projects from intake to close.
- Demonstrate proven ability to meet deadlines, stay within budgets, and achieve defined success metrics.
- Occasionally travel to project sites as needed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Review and vet project intake requests, initiating first‑gate approvals and assembling baseline proposals.
- Define project objectives, KPIs, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules (including critical path/critical chain), work breakdown structures, and resource allocations.
- Apply PM lifecycle to SDLC processes, using both structured (Waterfall) and agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies.
- Monitor project health through formal metrics, risk assessments, issue logs, and corrective action plans.
- Facilitate regular project reviews, lessons‑learned sessions, and status reporting to executive sponsors.
- Enforce internal quality standards, documentation, and change‑management processes (pCAB).
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, leading multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Successful track record managing mid‑scale ERP, HRIS, Time & Attendance, Payroll, or similar enterprise system implementations and ongoing maintenance.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and project/table‑tracking tools.
- Strong knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to blend agile with traditional methodologies.
- Ability to interpret complex architectural, networking, and software specifications.
- Prior exposure to IT business analysis and IT service delivery is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Agile and ITIL frameworks is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification (e.g., Prince2, Scrum Master) is highly desirable.
