Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field. - 3‑5+ years of experience building, leading, and scaling development teams. - Certifications in cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) or related tech stack are a plus.
