Job Description
Job title: GTM Engineer Role summary: Own and optimize end‑to‑end B2B buyer journey, driving efficient, data‑driven lead and revenue orchestration across sales, SDR, KAM, and marketing. Expectations: Deliver a unified, cost‑effective buyer journey that increases conversion, revenue, and pipeline coverage; experiment continuously to uncover new growth paths; maintain and evolve a modern GTM tech stack. Key responsibilities: - Own dynamic scoring model and intent signal tracking for ICP accounts, prioritizing high‑potential targets. - Design and implement lead allocation processes for sales reps and automated campaigns, coordinating with SDR and AE teams. - Manage and integrate revenue orchestration stack (Getcargo, Clay, Lusha, Zoominfo, Snowflake, Captaindata, Instantly.ai, Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Hightouch). - Ensure seamless tool interoperability, actionable insights, and operational efficiencies across the buyer journey. - Monitor and analyze account behavior to guide personalized outreach and timeliness. - Lead growth campaigns, nurturing opportunities that drive revenue impact. - Align resources with opportunities to maximize pipeline coverage and AE/SDR effectiveness. Required skills: - 3+ years in GTM operations, revenue operations, or related B2B role. - Deep knowledge of modern GTM tech stacks, revenue orchestration, lead gen tools, and intent data platforms. - Experience designing TAM models, lead scoring, and intent‑based engagement strategies. - Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making. - Excellent cross‑functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, RevOps). - Proven ability to manage complex tech stacks and integrate new technologies. Required education & certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field. - Certifications in Salesforce, HubSpot, or GTM/RevOps tools (preferred).
