Job Description
Job Title: Information Governance Lead Role Summary: Lead the management of information governance across the organization, ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR, overseeing data subject rights, incident response, and policy implementation. Expectations: Deliver an annual IG work plan, maintain up‑to‑date policies, manage data subject requests efficiently, mitigate data protection risks, support breach investigations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on governance matters. Key Responsibilities - Support Group Compliance Manager in planning and executing the annual Information Governance work plan. - Collaborate with Information Asset Owners to implement IG actions and review policies. - Process and respond to data subject access requests and other subject rights (erasure, rectification, restriction, objection, right to be informed). - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks or incidents affecting confidentiality of staff and client data. - Investigate confidentiality breaches, contribute to resolution and reporting. - Work with the Complaints Team to handle IG‑related complaints and issues. - Maintain records of IG activities and ensure timely completion of related compliance tasks. Required Skills - In‑depth knowledge of the Data Protection Act 2018, GDPR, and practical application. - Proficiency in Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs). - Extensive experience handling subject access requests and other individual rights. - Strong analytical and risk‑management capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to coordinate cross‑functional IG initiatives and project manage IG work streams. Required Education & Certifications - Degree‑level education in a relevant field (e.g., law, information management, cybersecurity) or equivalent professional qualification/experience. - Current evidence of mandatory information governance training. - Valid right to work in the UK (and ability to provide full referencing and DBS check as required).

**Job title:** Office Manager **Role Summary:** Manage day‑to‑day front‑of‑house operations for a neurodevelopmental clinic, ensuring a welcoming environment, smooth administrative processes, and adherence to regulatory and quality standards. Oversee reception duties, staff coordination, and KPI monitoring while supporting clinical teams and maintaining compliance with NHS, NICE, and CQC guidelines. **Expectations:** - Deliver professional front‑line customer service to patients, families, and visitors. - Maintain accurate sign‑in records and visitor passes. - Oversee front‑of‑house task completion, including phone handling, post distribution, and document scanning. - Monitor and report on KPIs in partnership with Quality Management. - Conduct regular audits of processes against protocols and regulations. - Lead a small team, motivating staff to meet targets. - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including service and commissioning managers. - Provide growth strategy input and support business development. - Cover occasional weekend shifts (every other Saturday/Sunday) and occasional work‑from‑home days. **Key Responsibilities:** 1.
