**Job Title**
NetDevOps Engineer – VMware NSX‑T
**Role Summary**
Design, deploy, automate, and support enterprise data‑center and cloud network infrastructure, focusing on VMware NSX‑T and Cisco ACI. Lead architecture, standardization, and transformation initiatives, ensuring secure, scalable, and high‑performance networking for multi‑cloud environments.
**Expectations**

- Collaborate across functional teams, vendors, and security stakeholders to align network design with corporate strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Architect and implement VMware NSX‑T and Cisco ACI solutions across on‑prem and multi‑cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) environments.
2. Automate network provisioning and lifecycle management using Terraform, Ansible, and Python scripts.
3. Design secure, segmented network topologies, integrating SASE, VPN, firewall, and segmentation technologies.
4. Maintain and optimize data‑center fabric components: ACI fabric, switch fabric, load balancers, and NSX‑T overlay.
5. Collaborate with security teams to embed security controls and compliance into network designs.
6. Participate in product evolution discussions, contributing to feature roadmaps and best‑practice guidelines.
7. Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting support for complex networking incidents.
8. Document architecture, processes, and automation code for knowledge sharing and audit readiness.
**Required Skills**
- VMware NSX‑T architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Cisco ACI (APIC, fabric, tenant, application profile).
- IaC tools: Terraform (providers for NSX‑T, ACI, cloud).
- Configuration management: Ansible (playbooks for networking).
- Scripting: Python (network automation, API integration).
- Network design patterns, segmentation, and security controls (SASE, VPN, firewall).
- Multi‑cloud networking fundamentals (VPC, Azure VNets, GCP VPC).
- Strong understanding of data‑center technologies (switch fabric, load balancing, MPLS, SD‑WAN).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant network certifications: CCNP/CCIE, VCP‑NSX, VSP, or equivalent.
- Preferred certifications in automation (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) or cloud networking.
