**Job title:** Senior Solutions Design Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end design and implementation of data‑driven warehouse and supply‑chain solutions for large clients across the EU. Drive strategic assessments, optimise layouts, integrate automation and technology, and manage projects from concept through delivery while ensuring cost efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive supply‑chain assessments and identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and execute warehouse, distribution, transport, and fleet strategies, including automation, mechanisation, and layout optimisation.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams (IT, finance, operations, consulting) and coordinate with external vendors and technology partners for system integration (WMS, TMS, automation).
- Apply data analytics and financial modelling to support decision‑making and performance measurement.
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage RFPs, vendor selection, and outsourcing processes.
- Educate and consult senior decision‑makers on best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
- Document and share lessons learned; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience in warehouse and transport solution design and implementation.
- Strong commercial acumen; ability to manage P&L and deliver ROI.
- Expertise in data analysis, financial modelling, and performance metrics.
- Vendor management and RFP development skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in digital tools, analytics platforms, and supply‑chain management systems (WMS, TMS, automation).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certification in Supply Chain (e.g., CSCP, CLTD, APICS, or equivalent) preferred.
