**Job title** Executive Assistant to CEO / Office Manager **Role Summary** Provide comprehensive, part‑time executive support to the CEO while overseeing day‑to‑day office operations. Manage the CEO’s schedule, communications, and travel, and ensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently and professionally. **Expectations** - Work 25 hrs per week on a flexible schedule (4–5 days). - Demonstrate discretion, initiative and reliability. - Maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters. - Initiate and execute process improvements in office administration. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** 1.
