Job Description
Job title: Regional Sales Manager – Bordeaux Role Summary: Lead and develop the performance of the Bordeaux sales sector by setting commercial objectives, analyzing results, implementing improvement plans, and ensuring alignment with brand standards and service quality. Expactations: • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience managing field sales teams in a customer‑facing environment. • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills. • Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and action‑planning. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. • High level of autonomy, rigor, and organizational discipline. Key Responsibilities: • Define and track sales objectives for all retail partners in the sector. • Collect, analyze, and report performance data; translate insights into actionable improvement plans. • Bridge partners and corporate management, validating proposed actions and flagging obstacles. • Foster partnership around corporate strategy, delivering constructive feedback and collaboration. • Organize and conduct regular meetings, ensuring adherence to brand service, communication, and style standards. • Support business development through field intelligence and market trend analysis.
