Job Description
**Job title** National Account Manager – UK & EU **Role Summary** Drive wholesale growth for Morphe across the UK, EU, and Scandinavia by managing key retailer accounts, executing omnichannel trade marketing, forecasting sales, and optimizing merchandising to meet brand vision and budget targets. **Expectations** - Deliver consistent sales growth, margin and ROI across all accounts. - Maintain full ownership of retailer marketing budgets and spend tracking. - Build strong, collaborative relationships with buyers, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams (PR, Operations, Visual Merchandising, Planning). - Ensure flawless execution of in‑store and e‑commerce activations, product launches and premium space programming. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Account Management (50%)** – - Develop and implement wholesale strategies for core accounts (H&M, The Hut Group, Sephora UK, etc.). - Lead retailer strategy meetings; negotiate and secure favorable terms. - Define optimal assortments; collaborate with Visual Merchandising for in‑store execution. 2. **Trade Marketing (30%)** – - Negotiate, plan, and track omni‑channel trade marketing plans and budgets. - Partner with retailers to identify best‑practice opportunities; analyse KPIs (ROAS, conversion, etc.). - Coordinate launches and promotional activities in line with brand strategy. 3. **Forecasting & Planning (10%)** – - Generate accurate SKU‑level forecasts; align inventory and replenishment with Operations. - Provide business insights and margin projections to Planning and Finance teams. 4. **Business Development (5%)** – - Support multi‑year contract negotiations and account expansion initiatives. - Identify and qualify new wholesale opportunities aligned with growth strategy. 5. **Reporting (5%)** – - Deliver weekly/monthly sales and trade‑marketing reports; track and analyse KPI dashboards. - Update forecast models and budget reconciliation reports. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in retail and/or digital omni‑channel marketing within beauty or related consumer goods sector. - Successful management of large strategic accounts in fast‑paced environments. - Strong negotiation, stakeholder‑management and project‑management capabilities. - Data‑driven approach with proficiency in sales forecasting, inventory planning and KPI analysis. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present insights to senior leadership. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or comparable field. - Additional certifications in sales, account management or marketing (e.g., CMA, PMP, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
