**Job Title:** Engineering Service Delivery Manager **Role Summary** Lead and coordinate engineering service delivery for complex Maritime and Aerospace defence programmes, ensuring technical compliance and stakeholder alignment. **Expectations** - Deliver engineering services across full lifecycle (mobilisation to sustainment). - Ensure compliance with MOD standards (e.g., DEF STANs, JSPs). - Manage interdisciplinary teams, suppliers, and stakeholder expectations. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee engineering support for Maritime/Aerospace platforms against programme goals and customer needs. - Act as central liaison between engineering teams, stakeholders, and support functions. - Coordinate technical activities (maintenance planning, obsolescence management, through-life support). - Lead service readiness reviews, supportability assessments, and performance reporting. - Manage supplier relationships to meet SLAs and integrate new capabilities into existing platforms. - Drive continuous improvement in engineering support processes. - Contribute to bids, proposals, and contract changes for service delivery. **Required Skills** - Defence sector engineering service delivery experience (Maritime and Aerospace preferred). - Expertise in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Through-Life Support (TLS), and supportability engineering. - Knowledge of MOD frameworks (CADMID, DEF STANs, JSPs). - Stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and technical communication. - Multi-disciplinary team and supplier management. - Strong organisational and performance-driven planning capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - SC Clearance (or ability to obtain). - Degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field (desired). - Chartered Engineer status or progression toward it (desired). - Familiarity with digital engineering tools and service management platforms (desired).
