**Job title**
Partnerships Division Manager (Full‐time)
**Role Summary**
Lead and develop the B2B2C partnerships function for a consumer‑credit distribution business. Manage a team of six, drive new partnership acquisition and activation, ensure commercial targets are met, and maintain partner quality, compliance, and risk controls. Act as the primary liaison with all partners and coordinate cross‑functional activities to optimize partnership performance.

- Foster continuous improvement in partnership processes and product offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Lead, coach, and evaluate a 6‑person team: define workloads, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development.
2. Identify, negotiate, and onboard new distribution partners—both offline and online.
3. Manage partner relationships: host meetings, co‑operate on joint planning, provide commercial collateral, conduct training, and run incentive programs.
4. Coordinate partnership calls for proposals and respond to RFPs.
5. Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to propose product enhancements and marketing initiatives.
6. Monitor partnership performance metrics, analyse results, and implement corrective actions.
7. Ensure service quality across platforms and processes; recommend process improvements.
8. Oversee risk assessment and compliance for partnership activities; maintain initial control procedures.
9. Serve as escalation point for partner issues and liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve them.
**Required Skills**
- Deep knowledge of consumer credit products, services, distribution, and regulatory environment.
- Proven commercial negotiation and partnership‑development experience.
- Experience with credit intermediation and broker markets (MNE).
- Strong financial acumen: balance‑sheet, P&L, and value‑creation assessment.
- Expertise in partner engagement, training, and performance management.
- Familiarity with financial product distribution channels (offline and online).
- Client‑centric mindset and excellent communication (written and oral).
- Project‑management proficiency and ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives.
- Analytical and synthesising capabilities, with a proactive, innovative attitude.
- Persuasive leadership, pedagogical skills, and autonomous working style.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of senior partnership or business development role with direct team management.
- Professional certifications relevant to credit, risk, or partnership management are a plus.
