Define and maintain a 1‑2‑year data‑science roadmap, linking initiatives to core processes and EBITDA impact. 4. Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data availability and quality. 5. Champion data literacy, best‑practice analytics, and effective storytelling across the business. 6. Participate in Agile and Waterfall project execution; ensure timely, high‑quality releases. **Required Skills:** - Expert SQL for rapid data extraction and transformation. - Proficient in Python or R; experience building, testing, and deploying ML models. - Hands‑on MLOps experience; productionizing predictive/prescriptive models. - Strong data visualization and dashboard creation (e.g., Looker, Tableau). - Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS acceptable). - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling abilities. - Leadership experience with inclusive, high‑performing teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (required). - Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a related discipline (preferred). - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, Certified Data Scientist) are a plus.
