**Job Title:**
Cyber Subject Matter Expert
**Role Summary:**
Senior specialist responsible for leading and delivering OT/ICS cyber security solutions. Oversees multiple workstreams, manages a small team, acts as client-facing SME, and supports business development and internal process development.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver secure, compliant OT cyber solutions that meet client and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and quality assurance for all deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with clients, sales, and global technical teams to shape proposals and solutions.
- Expand internal OT cyber procedures and support future team growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Lead and manage OT cyber delivery workstreams, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality outcomes.
2. Oversee technical execution of OT security projects, including design, implementation, and maintenance.
3. Quality‑assure, approve, and sign off on all team deliverables.
4. Provide line management, mentoring, and technical guidance to a 3‑person team (future expansion).
5. Serve as client‑facing SME, delivering technical presentations, assessments, and proposal content.
6. Collaborate with sales, client partners, and global delivery teams (Belcan, Cognizant).
7. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve OT cyber procedures, policies, and CSMS components.
8. Produce professional documentation (diagrams, reports, analyses) in English.
**Required Skills:**
*Technical:*
- Proficient in Linux/Linux‑based systems, IP networking, and network deployment.
- Hands‑on experience with OT/ICS security standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NCSC‑CAF, NIST CSF, etc.).
- Knowledge of IoT/OT security solutions, network segmentation, defense‑in‑depth, and functional safety (SIS).
- Experience designing CSMS procedures and policies.
*Management & Communication:*
- Team leadership, mentoring, and quality control.
- Client‑facing presentation and documentation skills.
- Cross‑functional collaboration with sales and global delivery teams.
*Security Domains:*
- Baseline knowledge of the eight ISC security domains; demonstrable expertise in ≥ 3 domains, with intent to grow.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or higher technical degree in Industrial Automation, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
- Industry‑specific certifications: CSSA, ISA 62443, GICSP‑GIAC, SABSA, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
- Additional credentials in OT cyber, IoT, or industrial automation preferred.
