Job Description

Job title: Senior Project Manager Role Summary: Lead enterprise‑wide projects that combine business process improvement, technology implementation, and change management. Own the full project lifecycle – from concept to benefits realization – ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, governance, and financial controls across cross‑functional teams and external partners. Expectations: - Deliver high‑value, cross‑functional projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality and impact standards. - Influence senior stakeholders and maintain strong relationships as a trusted advisor. - Foster continuous improvement and embed sustainable change across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Define scope, objectives, success criteria and develop delivery strategies using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies. - Establish, lead and report on governance structures (steering committees, project boards). - Own project budgets, monitor financial performance and enforce cost control. - Identify, assess and mitigate risks, manage issues, dependencies and change control. - Build and motivate multidisciplinary project teams, including third‑party providers. - Drive adoption and benefits realization, measuring outcomes against strategic goals. - Share lessons learned and best practices across the project management community. Required Skills: - Proven experience managing complex, enterprise‑wide projects with measurable business impact. - Deep understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). - Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills. - Commercial acumen with demonstrable budget management experience. - Ability to lead change initiatives and deliver tangible improvements. - Proactive, results‑driven mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or related field. - Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, or equivalent). - Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner) is desirable.
