Manage incident intake via ServiceNow, lead weekly syncs, and support security analysis requests for product activation or exemption. Expectations * Deliver daily monitoring of vulnerability scans and threat intelligence updates. * Prioritize and track remediation of critical vulnerabilities. * Act as liaison between SOC, CERT, remediation teams, and vendors. Key Responsibilities 1. Review nightly Qualys scan results and new threat alerts; validate completeness and accuracy. 2. Monitor progress of critical vulnerability remediation, ensuring SLA adherence. 3. Chair weekly coordination meetings with SOC and CERT; circulate action items and follow-up. 4. Intake security incidents and requests from ServiceNow or team mailbox; route or assign to appropriate handlers. 5. Follow up on incident responses, especially those linked to remediation feedback. 6. Evaluate and approve product activation or security exception requests, providing risk analysis. 7. Maintain remediation status reports, dashboards, and metrics for stakeholders. 8. Update documentation on vulnerability handling procedures, playbooks, and lessons learned.
