Job Description

**Job Title:** Full Stack Engineer **Role Summary:** Deliver end‑to‑end software features for a nature‑measurement platform, translating business and user requirements into high‑quality, scalable front‑ and back‑end solutions within a product‑centric delivery model. **Expectations:** - Own features from ideation to production, ensuring timely, user‑centric delivery. - Demonstrate product‑mindset; prioritize outcome and customer value over code minutiae. - Collaborate across engineering, data science, and product teams to translate complex requirements into seamless experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, implement, and maintain microservices (REST/GraphQL) in Go or Python. - Build responsive UIs with React and TypeScript, applying strong UX principles. - Integrate data from Neo4j, NoSQL, and relational databases to surface biodiversity insights. - Architect scalable, cloud‑native solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD (Argo CD). - Deploy and monitor services on AWS or GCP, ensuring reliability and performance. - Drive full lifecycle: coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement based on customer feedback. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in Go or Python (back‑end); TypeScript and React (front‑end). - Experience with microservice architecture, containerization, and Kubernetes. - Strong database skills: Neo4j, NoSQL, relational databases. - Automated testing and quality assurance across unit, integration, and end‑to‑end layers. - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. - Product ownership mindset; proactive initiative to identify and deliver improvements. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are an advantage.
