Job title: Business Development Manager – AI, Advertising, Marketing
Role Summary:
Drive commercial growth by opening new business opportunities across advertising, media, and creator talent sectors. Lead the full new‑business cycle – from initial outreach to signed contracts – while collaborating with marketing, product, and client services to ensure seamless partnership onboarding.
Expactations:
• Own and expand a robust pipeline of brands, agencies, and platforms.
• Deliver compelling outreach and tailored pitches to diverse audiences.
• Convert inbound interest into product demos and signed agreements.
• Provide actionable market insights that influence product positioning and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and initiate contact with potential clients in advertising, media, and creator economies.
- Craft and execute personalised outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls).
- Present value proposition and negotiate terms with senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate with marketing to align lead‑generation campaigns.
- Attend industry events and network to raise brand presence.
- Qualify inbound leads, conduct product demos, and maintain pipeline health.
- Collaborate with product and client services on hand‑off and partner support.
- Capture and report market intelligence to shape commercial strategy.
- Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously with high organizational discipline.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in new‑business development, sales, or partnership roles (advertising, creator economy, or tech).
- Strong prospecting, pitching, and closing skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to present to senior decision‑makers.
- Self‑starter with fast‑paced, goal‑oriented mindset.

- Passion for AI, digital rights, and emerging creator‑platform ecosystems.

Required Education & Certifications:
