**Job Title** Project Manager **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end delivery of client onboarding and advisory projects for a cloud‑native cross‑asset trading and risk management platform. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change across multi‑month, multi‑hundred‑k projects while coordinating with global engineering, sales, and support teams. **Expectations** Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality. Apply rigorous PM discipline, proactively mitigate risks, and maintain clear stakeholder communication. Champion continuous improvement of PM processes and provide strategic insights to senior leadership. **Key Responsibilities** - Define project scope and author Statements of Work (SOWs) for existing clients. - Develop, maintain, and enforce project plans, schedules, and budget forecasts. - Track, analyze, and mitigate risks, issues, and change requests through the project lifecycle. - Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, sales/accounting, customer support) and coordinate client onboarding activities. - Conduct status reporting, stakeholder meetings, and progress reviews. - Escalate unresolved risks/issues and provide actionable recommendations for decision makers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving conflicts and managing expectations. - Continuously evaluate and refine PM processes, tooling, and best practices. **Required Skills** - 4–10 years of senior project or analysis experience, with proven management of projects > $500k and > 6 months. - Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, budget and resource management, and risk/issue tracking. - Client‑facing experience in financial services (investment, banking, fintech, insurance). - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills. - Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking with planning and execution capability. - Adaptable, persistent, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to wear multiple hats. - Domain knowledge of pricing, risk, and trading platform solutions and the trade lifecycle. - Knowledge of risk‑management or front‑office tools is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in project management, business administration (MBA), finance, economics, or a related field. - Professional PM certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) preferred but not mandatory.
