**Job Title**
Power Apps / Power Platform Developer
**Role Summary**
Design, develop, deploy and maintain end‑to‑end Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) that support business processes across the organization. Own the full lifecycle from requirements gathering and specification, through coding and governance, to production release and ongoing support. Contribute to the Center of Excellence, standardizing environments, security, and CI/CD practices.

- Deliver high‑quality, user‑centric low‑code applications that meet business needs and enterprise standards.
- Work independently to drive initiatives from conception through to operation, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications and to advocate best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Business Analysis & Design** – Engage with various business units (field, HR, finance, operations) to capture and challenge requirements; design intuitive user journeys and data models.
2. **Specification** – Produce detailed functional specification documents, scope boundaries, and risk mitigation plans.
3. **Development** – Build Canvas and/or Model‑Driven Power Apps, model Dataverse tables, relationships, and business rules. Implement security roles, DLP policies, and data governance.
4. **Automation & Integration** – Create Power Automate workflows (approvals, notifications, scheduled tasks); connect apps to internal and external systems via standard connectors, custom connectors, or REST APIs.
5. **Performance & UX** – Optimize performance, enforce delegation limits, sharpen user experience, and monitor usage. Diagnose issues, provide bug fixes, and document changes.
6. **Maintenance** – Manage ongoing corrective and evolutionary maintenance, update documentation, and train end‑users.
7. **Platform Structuring** – Support the Center of Excellence by defining environment policies, solution lifecycle management, ALM, and CI/CD processes.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience developing Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven) and Power Automate workflows.
- Strong Dataverse expertise: data modeling, relationships, security, and business rules.
- Integration knowledge: standard connectors, custom connectors, REST APIs.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and produce clear specifications.
- Self‑stressed, initiative‑driven, and capable of managing projects from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure services (Entra ID, Functions, API Management) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of English (written and spoken).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform Functional Consultant, Power Platform Developer, Power Platform Solution Architect) preferred but not mandatory when accompanied by demonstrable experience.
