Job title: AI Internship – Summer 2026
Role Summary:
An opportunity to develop and deploy production‑grade machine‑learning solutions within a consulting context. Interns will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, applying statistical, classical ML, and deep‑learning techniques to real‑world business challenges, while gaining exposure to consulting project lifecycles and client engagement.
Expactations:
• Full‑time paid internship (6 July 2026 to 28 August 2026).
• Final‑year undergraduate or recent graduate from a STEM discipline.
• Strong desire to learn, ask questions, and contribute new ideas to consulting projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, client‑facing environment.
• Clear motivation to apply ML expertise to consulting and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, prototype, and deploy end‑to‑end ML models (forecasting, computer vision, NLP, LLM‑based agents).
• Collect, clean, and engineer data, ensuring quality and compliance with privacy standards.
• Perform model evaluation, hyper‑parameter tuning, and performance monitoring.
• Document methodology, code, and results for cross‑functional teams and client reporting.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, communicating insights, and translating technical findings to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to translate business objectives into ML deliverables.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Solid grounding in statistics, classical machine‑learning algorithms, and modern deep‑learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, transformers).
• Experience with data‑engineering tools (SQL, pandas, Spark).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present technical content to non‑technical audiences.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to project work.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Relevant coursework or projects demonstrating applied ML, data science, or AI competencies.
