Job Title: Technical Lead Role Summary: Lead and coordinate software development teams on complex banking projects, shaping technical architecture, ensuring quality, and aligning solutions with business requirements in an Agile environment. Expectations: Deliver robust, scalable software within project timelines, maintain high code quality standards, proactively manage technical risks, and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and mentor cross-functional development teams. - Define and evolve technical architecture and standards. - Ensure delivery quality and adherence to best practices. - Translate product owner requirements into effective technical solutions. - Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks. - Collaborate with Product Owners and business units to drive alignment. - Champion Agile principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills: - 7+ years of software development experience, 3+ years in a technical lead role on complex projects. - Deep expertise in Java, microservices, and software architecture. - Strong Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience and team management. - Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills. - Leadership ability to motivate and guide diverse teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline. - Certifications in Java, Agile, or architecture (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Certified ScrumMaster) are a plus.
