Job Description: Job Title: Senior Fullstack Augmented Developer Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high‑performance web applications using modern full‑stack technologies. Drive innovation by integrating AI/automation tools to accelerate delivery and enhance code quality. Expectations: Deliver clean, scalable code within agreed timelines. Apply best practices in security, performance, and continuous improvement. Collaborate across product, design, and architecture teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain applications with Java/Spring Boot, Angular or React, and Node.js. - Integrate AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI, etc.) for coding assistance, documentation, and testing. - Automate repetitive tasks including unit/functional tests, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring. - Design and implement micro‑service architectures and RESTful APIs on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Enforce code quality, security standards, and performance benchmarks. - Mentor junior developers and share knowledge on AI/automation best practices. Required Skills: - 7+ years of full‑stack development experience. - Deep proficiency in Java/Spring Boot and a modern front‑end framework (Angular or React). - Strong DevOps background: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure. - Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools (GitHub Copilot, LLMs, Azure OpenAI, etc.). - Pragmatic mindset focused on rapid delivery and clean code. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or DevOps practices preferred.
