Job title: HSE Electrical Intern Role Summary: Assist the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team in applying electrical engineering principles to enhance safety across a global renewable energy portfolio. Responsibilities include reviewing electrical designs, supporting safety audits, contributing to safety standards, and participating in incident investigations. Expectations: - Complete a 12‑month internship program. - Engage with engineering, construction, and operations across regions. - Demonstrate a strong foundation in electrical systems and safety principles. - Exhibit analytical thinking, continuous improvement mindset, and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities: - Review electrical designs for compliance with safety standards and identify improvement opportunities. - Support Safety‑by‑Design processes, audits, and assurance activities on critical electrical risk controls. - Contribute to the development and benchmarking of global electrical safety standards. - Participate in incident investigations, learning reviews, and root‑cause analysis. - Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams to implement digital solutions that enhance HSE processes.
