Job Description
Job Title: IT Business Systems Administrator Role Summary: Deliver a short‑term, full‑time project to migrate, cleanse, and validate Salesforce data while building an advanced Excel‑based pricebook aligned with Salesforce architecture. Expectations: * 8‑week contract with immediate start and full‑time commitment. * Produce accurate, validated datasets and a fully functional, automated pricebook. * Communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Cleanse, map, and restructure large data sets for Salesforce import. - Validate data against Salesforce schema and ensure integrity of Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, and Price Books. - Resolve data issues through deduplication, field mapping, and field validation. - Construct, refine, and automate an Excel‑based pricebook using complex formulas, VBA scripts, and logic consistent with Salesforce product architecture. - Align product and pricebook data to match established commercial metrics (ACV/ARR, contracts, renewals). - Support project documentation and provide post‑deployment guidance. Required Skills: - Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, data modeling, VBA scripting). - Strong data manipulation, cleansing, and conversion experience. - In‑depth knowledge of Salesforce data schema and data export/import processes. - Ability to perform deduplication, validation, and field mapping. - Understanding of SaaS commercial metrics: ACV/ARR, contract terms, renewal structures, product & pricebook structures. - Right to work permanently in the United Kingdom. Nice‑to‑Have Skills: - Atlassian Jira administration (custom fields, workflows, bulk updates). - Experience with SaaS/ subscription‑based business models. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred). - No specific certifications required.
