Design, train, and evaluate LLMs and reasoning agents using PyTorch/TensorFlow. 2. Fine‑tune agentic models, optimize context windows, and improve overall performance. 3. Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, leveraging LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face libraries. 4. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to convert research insights into prototype features and production systems. 5. Monitor model behavior for bias, fairness, and safety, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines. 6. Maintain documentation of experimental setups, results, and reproducibility artifacts. 7. Contribute to grant, proposal, and funding applications as needed. **Required Skills** - Advanced expertise in LLM research and fine‑tuning. - Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). - Strong knowledge of RAG architectures and retrieval engineering. - Experience building scalable AI applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc. - Solid understanding of ethical AI principles and bias mitigation. - Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation abilities. - Proven ability to collaborate remotely with cross‑disciplinary teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field (equivalent experience acceptable). - Demonstrated research track record with publications in leading conferences/journals. - Relevant certifications in AI/ML or ethical AI practices preferred but not mandatory.
