Job Title: Business Analyst Role Summary: Translate business needs into functional solutions, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of project deliverables. Act as a liaison among business users, product teams, and technical partners to clarify requirements, facilitate execution, and drive successful deployments. Expectations: * Produce accurate, traceable functional specifications and related artifacts. * Guide testing, deployment, and adoption activities to meet project objectives. * Maintain rigorous documentation and process governance. * Collaborate across departments to prioritize and estimate work and ensure zero‑reject CAB submissions.
