**Job Title**
Financial Controller (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement across departments. Support monthly/annual close, generate internal and external reports, and continuously improve financial processes.
**Expectations**
Deliver reliable financial dashboards, variance analysis, and corrective actions. Optimize costs, define KPIs, ensure data integrity, and provide market intelligence for strategic decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and maintain analytical and operational dashboards for each department.
- Monitor and analyze variances between actuals and budget/forecast; propose corrective actions.
- Participate in monthly and annual close; produce internal and external financial reports.
- Collaborate with operational units to optimize costs and define performance KPIs.
- Continuously improve management processes and steering tools.
- Ensure reliability, consistency, and quality of financial data.
- Monitor market trends and provide economic intelligence for strategic decision‑making.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, VBA optional).
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and interpretation of financial and operational data.
- Solid understanding of accounting standards, budgeting processes, and performance analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, service orientation, and autonomy.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum Bac+4/5 (4–5 years) in Finance, Management Accounting, Audit, or Accounting from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in management accounting, financial audit, or reporting, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) are a plus but not mandatory.
